Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including change-of-mind returns and returns due to selecting the wrong size or colour.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Returned items should be kept in their original condition. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. You may not be required to return a damaged, defective or incorrect item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where an exception is permitted by applicable law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, you can return your eligible item and place a separate order for the item you want.

Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. If you receive the size you ordered but later decide you require a different size, the return is treated as a standard return and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be submitted before an order has been fulfilled.

As our products are produced on demand, production may begin shortly after your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request as soon as possible.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This right is separate from your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and assessed your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.

Where required by applicable consumer law, refunds following the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal will also include the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, is not refundable beyond the cost of the standard delivery option.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.
